Early Chan vehicle which followed the far superior 'Drunken Master' that seemed to rely more on Chan's comedic talents then telling a martial arts story. Nothing really more to it than 'you killed my grandfather now prepare to die'. Some fair set pieces including the crying routine and a 'Jackie in drag' fight to remember. Minor entry in the canon.
A great blend of comedy and kung fu. Its story isn't really great, but that's not what I'm looking for in this kind of film. Even eating turns into a masterful kung fu scene in this film. A fun entertaining film that any Jackie Chan and kung fu fan should watch!
