Ratings & Reviews

  1. Howard Fritzson's rating of the film The Four Feathers

Politically incorrect and everything, this is still one of the most exciting and beautifully made adventures ever filmed. Ralph Richardson is magnificent. John Clements is superb. Zoltan Korda ("The Macomber Affair") should be taken more seriously.

  2. Aardsy's rating of the film The Four Feathers

Sweeping and colorful, but still kinda sluggish.

  3. João Eça's rating of the film The Four Feathers

  4. AKFilmFan's rating of the film The Four Feathers

A rousing adventure by Korda that isn't as perfect as say, Gunga Din, but is one of the best British adventure films of it's time.

  5. Hunter Duesing's rating of the film The Four Feathers

Some of the finest old school adventure moviemaking is found in THE FOUR FEATHERS. After an officer resigns his post, accusations of cowardice prompt him to embark on a truly insane adventure through Egypt. It's the most elaborate and crazy someone has ever said "I'm no coward" to his friends.

  6. Adam Suraf's rating of the film The Four Feathers

The Brothers Korda present a sweeping, classical desert war adventure about the imperialist re-taking of Khartoum in the late 19th century. Second only to "Lawrence of Arabia" as the greatest British war film of all time.

  7. Border Radio's rating of the film The Four Feathers

The scene with them dragging the ships upstream on the Nile was mad and I liked it.
