Ratings & Reviews

  1. João R's rating of the film The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest

It was satisfying to watch the conclusion to Lisbeth's justice path.

  2. James Mackin's rating of the film The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest

Now it's a court drama. I swear, if the author lived, this series would've have been 10 books long, every one a different genre.

  3. Ana Sousa's rating of the film The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest

Disappointing ending to such a brilliant trilogy (no longer a trilogy though). Important parts of the story were left out, characters were forgotten... I would gladly watch a 6/7/10 hour film if it made justice to the book. Rapace remains fantastic, as always.

  4. Igor Ramos's rating of the film The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest

The original swedish trilogy has its ups and downs. Overall I'll agree that the first film is still the best, since it's the introduction to this underworld. The mystery surrounding the plot and the characters themselves is bigger. The other two movies try to delve deeper into Lisbeth's past, sometimes succeeding, other times not so much. But yes, Noomi Rapace was a revelation in this. Pretty nice, dark trilogy.

  5. Fabio Ornelas's rating of the film The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest

An uninspiring conclusion for such a great character. The almost total lack of action from the main character makes this final chapter a curious but dull experience.

  6. Grasshopper's rating of the film The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest

Doubt the US remakes can surpass this Swedish trilogy. I'll be first in line to find out!

  7. Pouya G. Asadi's rating of the film The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest

This film is all about fucking the system, if you get bored, or don't understand. then you're obsessed with pure imagination

  8. doublelife91's rating of the film The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest

A weak but still engaging conclusion to the Dragon Trilogy.

  9. jenifferp's rating of the film The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest

  10. janveneziani's rating of the film The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest

Para fechar a trilogia, chave de ouro. Salander detonando! E com uma história dessas, difícil fazer um filme ruim.

  11. Hobocop2000's rating of the film The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest

the american remake, is kinda dull compared to the original. imagine how the second film and/or the third will be remaked.

  12. Pedro Franceschini's rating of the film The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest

Boring...It's a shame the trilogy started with such a brilliant movie but lost itself in the other chapters.

  13. Tigrão's rating of the film The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest

The first is brilliant, the second is terrible, this one is great.

  14. Sadhaka's rating of the film The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest

After re watching this... Why a pointless remake? No one can replace Noomi Rapace's portrayal of Lisbeth.

  15. Dave D's rating of the film The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest

Uma falsa trama épica termina com uma trama rasa e truncada. Faltou profundidade em muitos assuntos mostrados, mas de qualquer qualquer maneira, Lisbeth Salander é o que fica de toda esta trilogia.

  16. meancreek's rating of the film The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest

A stunning conclusion to the trilogy. It may be a little underwhelming in parts but the bulk of it is very strong. A great trilogy that I hope Fincher can illustrate well in his adaptations.

  17. Roberto Russo's rating of the film The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest

  18. Jardun's rating of the film The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest

Neither of the sequels nearly lived up to the first. Kind of disappointed.

  19. Don't Get Nasty Brother's rating of the film The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest

Slightly improvement over the second film. Still the most interesting thing about the series is Noomi Rapace. Although the first one remains as the best of the trilogy, the last chapter is very compelling and rewarding in an overall bleak series.

  20. Hazel Cills's rating of the film The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest

I am very surprised that many people thought this movie was boring. I was completely engaged. I did think the showdown in the end was a bit silly, and reminded me of a videogame. But I sure am gonna miss that Lisbeth Salander!

  21. Alice Tynan's rating of the film The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest

No sting in the tail whatsoever. Total snoozefest.

  22. Reginald Healer Marcellin's rating of the film The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest

What a weak trilogy. I fail to understand why they've been so popular

  23. Christopher R. Smith's rating of the film The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest

It effectively streamlines the plot of Stieg Larsson's bloated novel, but unfortunately Noomi Rapace - whose intense performances have easily been the best thing about these movies - is given little to do in this entry. That said, Lisbeth Salander's climactic trial was pretty satisfying after having come this far. Taken as a whole, an unremarkable film trilogy based on an unremarkable literary one.

  24. Richmond Hill's rating of the film The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest

Competently assembled - and it does hold the attention despite the vast running time - this still leaves the same unpleasant taste as the other entries in this rather pointless trilogy.
