Our take

Echoing the down-to-earth cinema of Paolo Virzì—one of her longtime collaborators—the third feature from Italian director Francesca Archibugi (Mignon Has Come to Stay) is a small gem with a big heart. A coming-of-age drama that delicately yet bravely unveils the intimate struggles of early age.
