Sequel that feels forced and the more good-natured jokes of the first one turn into something disturbingly dark and bleak this time around. The film also takes too long to build up and could easily have managed to go through the entire film in half the time. I still like the "wolf pack" but the surprises this time are only rewrites of what happened in the original which makes this an uncessary sequel.
I loved the first Hangover, Zach Galifianakis had been my favorite comedian for the couple years building up to it and it was great to see him finally make it big, and he was just on fire the whole movie. This suffers from every horrible sequel cliche there is. It's soulless crap only slightly saved by Galifianakis who is never not clever & original, but you could tell even he was having trouble finding inspiration.
