What are people saying?

  • José Neves's rating of the film The Last Chance

2k, restored. Quoting Hervé Dumont, "reached the heights of the great cinema with this elaborate balance of dramatic effects, aided by an economic and effective montage." Sometimes the thesis appears discursive, but made at the time of the 2nd WW and only premiered after against the will of its authors, who faced many vicissitudes, this film, so often very beautiful, even the "exemplary speeches" justifies.
