3+ The film nearly ends in a Catch-22 trap - to regain his stolen identity, a man's got to kill the maniac who ruins his existence by mentally sustaining an ameliorated double, but killing the halluciantion source will end in lifelong imprisonment that is the same path to downfall and abdication. Taking back life means renouncing it at the exact point of reappropriation. The happy end is in the Gordian knot quick fix

  3. L.F.G.'s rating of the film The Man Who Thought Life

Great concept, great compositions, great score by Per Nørgård, great midcentury Danish furniture—what more could one ask for?

  4. Ruiz Buñuel's rating of the film The Man Who Thought Life

    Very overlooked Danish masterpiece.
