Ratings & Reviews

  1. Dan Kenneth Gigernes's rating of the film The Nameless

Dark, depressing crime thriller with elements of a Japanese horror flick - most apparent in the film's editing style. The entire film feels like a walking tragedy with a heroine so fragile and in need of therapy that it is was nice to see her get some help from a policeman and a journalist to get some answers in her life - even if the mystery was easy to predict. Atmospheric but the potential could have been better.

  2. FISCHER's rating of the film The Nameless

Thriller horrifique remarqué au festival du film fantastique de Gérardmer... www.cinefiches.com

  3. dave gunn's rating of the film The Nameless

That dead little girl's corpse was disturbingly realistic, but it was all downhill from there.

  4. Juliet Benson's rating of the film The Nameless

One of the best and most overlooked Spanish horror films in recent memory. It touches upon a level of twistedness best likened to "Martyrs". Suffice to say, it was so effective that I had to take sedatives to finish watching it. You must see it.

  5. Westley's rating of the film The Nameless

This film is a bit derivative of "The Silence of the Lambs" and "Se7en". However, despite lacking in originality, "The Nameless" is still a better-than-average psychological thriller. It's very stylish. Some sections of the film are undeniably creepy.

  6. Don't Get Nasty Brother's rating of the film The Nameless

  7. Tyler Aikens's rating of the film The Nameless

The guys behind REC and REC 2 suggested this film in an interview with Rue Morgue. I can see how some of the religious and paranormal themes from THE NAMELESS could have went on to inspire the REC series (and I'm willing to bet that the guys behind MARTYRS were equally as intrigued) but the movie itself is weak, dreadfully slow-moving, and anti-climactic.
