At the tender age of twelve, Roberto supported the Sandinista revolution in Nicaragua and fought for education and social reforms. He was to continue his political struggle fighting alongside the communist Tupamaros in Uruguay.

if you like documentary stories where nothing, and I mean really nothing happens, not sad nor tragic or funny or something that could bring an emotion, even though there's lives and big changes involved, then it's for you
Our lead Stephania, a homeless transexual and revolutionary, is tremendously strong, stoic, and optimistic — making for a very uplifting portrait piece. The tight camerawork gives a genuine intimacy, and its vibrant, underdeveloped landscape brings colors popping onto screen. Could benefit from tighter editing; but still, the film remains a lovely portrait.
