Better than its Jason Bourne predecessors in pace, not slowing down fast-tempo even in non-action scenes, worse due to its over-complication and convoluted plot web, and being considerably longer than the Damon films, making it more investment of time, without reaping justified rewards. Overall, very-slightly better than (at least) the first two Bourne's because of marginally-more creative action and raised tension.
