A staggering waste of good acting, nice cinematography and the viewer's time. The screenplay is so blunderously simplistic, you'd be forgiven for thinking that writing this film may have been performance art! Also: is it some kind of sick joke to have named this travesty THE TIME BEING? Nenad Cicin-Sain, you got a lot of explaining to do!
