  • dionysus67's rating of the film The Yellow Gloves

Delightful Greek comedy about a pathologically jealous husband. Typically conventional, cinematically speaking (hence the two stars), this is a character film, of the many that flourished in Greece of the 1960s. The scene with the dialogue between Orestis and the moonstruck waiter is one of the most hilarious I've seen in all cinema! Charmingly naive, people's fun!
