  2. Dries's rating of the film The Young Offenders

  3. ardo sitompul's rating of the film The Young Offenders

funny and original, better than T2 I guess

  4. DaraDON's rating of the film The Young Offenders

Commendable and entertaining in bursts although relies too heavily on movie tropes and generalised character observations when better casting and a tighter script could have elevated those characters to something much more interesting.

  5. Kafkiana's rating of the film The Young Offenders

  6. SafeStanding's rating of the film The Young Offenders

2 stars for the masks, Sultans of Ping F.C., and the Cork scenery.

  7. Droog811's rating of the film The Young Offenders

Two teenage lads hear on the news that a boat smuggling cocaine to Ireland has crashed on the Irish coastline and concoct a plot to steal a bale of coke and become rich...hilarity ensues!

  8. Comadozer's rating of the film The Young Offenders

The Irish have a knack at mixing sentiment and deep black humour. Really love this film.

  9. fearraigh's rating of the film The Young Offenders

The plot is fairly ropey but this is a vibrant, at times hilarious comedy, something that is all too rare in Ireland. Some laugh-out-loud moments and the two lads are great. It's good to see Cork get a run on the big screen and the film is a more low-brow companion to Lisa McInerny's Cork-set novel The Glorious Heresies. Well worth a look.
