“Stratos” to me is a movie about aggression. Most of the time the hitman is sitting like a priest in a confessional listening to people raging. It’s a great movie if you want to learn ways to swear in Greek. Otherwise it’s a rather monotonous film with a single idea. In the end an unnecessary story about an innocent little girl is tossed in to give an ending to the film and a bit of moral standing to the protagonist.
A very interesting small story about debt, guilt and dignity in a country where all those things don't seem to mean what they used to. The actors are delivering their temperament well, the scenery is not putting the finger on an country in economic turmoil but the crisis is always present. The only downside is that the movie is about one hour too long.
