Ryuichi Sakamoto never ceases to amaze me. Being unfamiliar with his 80's work, I stumbled on Tokyo Melody only to be more blown away by his charm and talent. The documentary explores his wide-ranging styles and approaches to modern music and technology, which was interestingly accompanied by a "musical encyclopedia" of Tokyo's everyday life. (Actually all I wanted to say is Sakamoto was SO DAMN SEXY)
