Our take

The writer of Last Year at Marienbad and king of the Nouveau roman, Alain Robbe-Grillet was a director in his own right who specialized in kinky mind-games. Trans-Europ-Express, long unavailable, is a deliriously erotic thriller starring New Wave icons Jean-Louis Trintigant & Marie-France Pisier.
