  • HKFanatic's rating of the film True Colours

The climax of "True Colours" sets itself up for an extended and bloody shoot-out in the villain's lavish home, recalling the ending to Chow Yun Fat's "Tragic Hero." Just when your blood gets pumping from the thought of Ti Lung stalking the hallways with dual pistols, laying waste to a bunch of Triad scum, the scene ends. Very rarely does a film build to such an epic conclusion only to disappoint on every level.
