    A THING ABOUT MACHINES has a good premise, I think. It's about a man who hates newest technology (in early 1960's). In my opinion, A THING ABOUT MACHINES has some flaws. We never knew why Bartlett Finchley so upset and angry with technology. I wish Mr. Rod Serling would explain this. But he didn't. Looks like the ending wants to play safe. Richard Haydn's acting is entertaining to watch. I feel this episode is creepy
