Ratings & Reviews

  1. Aaken's rating of the film Unleashed

I like it that it is an American film by a French director, starring a Chinese actor who plays an Asian fighting slave of a very, very bad, bad White bloke, and who is saved from his condition by a blind Black guy who returns him to humanity with Mozart.

  2. miles's rating of the film Unleashed

this is like a modern cult movie. great film.

  3. ceknklsn's rating of the film Unleashed

  4. Mark O. Stack's rating of the film Unleashed

The character building doesn't feel like a break between the action scenes.

  5. J.J. 'Jake' Gittes's rating of the film Unleashed

A great surprise. A secret delight. Touchingly beautiful. Wow, what a movie.

Il bene e il male visti con gli occhi dell'istinto.

  7. ElTigreNegro's rating of the film Unleashed

The cast help to sustain a pretty average script. Some fight sequences just lack the punch they could had, but for the most part it gets the job done.

  8. Luckonluke's rating of the film Unleashed

Both interesting and entertaining, and full of the action everyone must love!

  9. Palmat's rating of the film Unleashed

Awesome action/thriller with both visceral violence and an emotional core. Li has never been better and shows he is a way better actor than most would credit him for being. The plot is really good, even if it might be a bit derivative, and the pacing is excellent as well.

  10. Asher's rating of the film Unleashed

Worth the watch. Most of the martial-arts scene were incredible, while the performance from Jet Li was great, and Bob Hoskins (Who Framed Roger Rabbit) was perfect as the main antagonist. The dialogue is really shitty in some parts, especially between the family that adopts Danny. But, other than that, this movie had a lot of great parts that together made it an entertaining movie.

  11. Irreversible93's rating of the film Unleashed

This is the film where I began to respect Jet Li as a true actor, and not just a kung-fu action star. While this film is still full of action, Jet Li's fighting is portrayed as more raw and intense. More real and emotionally affecting. Along with Li, there are some great performances in the film. Quite an interesting story as well. Definitely worth a watch.
