3.5! didn't find it quite as unsettling or coherent as his Deviation (1971) but still so beautiful with some truly terrifying moments.......in many ways Larraz is kind of the anti-Jean Rollin and/or Jess Franco; he's not as interested in creating dreamlike imagery (though he does) as he is in creating complex, mysterious, violent characters and relationships that feel all too real!
Not a masterpiece but a striking interpretation about female vampires. The director impulses a rather nightmarish atmosphere, a dose of blood and some glamorous scenes. Makes things coherent on the subject. Globally it is better than Jess Franco, Paul Naschy and Jean Rollin in 70s euro-trash.
