William R Clark's rating of the film Vladimir and Rosa

It's still Godard the aesthetic inventor, the didactic comedian, the clown who dares us to prefer reading books to watching movies. A quasi-apology (because he doesn't go out and say it) to the womanizing culture he sometimes perpetuates is buried in here, too, in the great scene where a man becomes the dummy to the feminist puppet master. Methinks this didactic tone could feel more acceptable in the age of youtube.
