Ratings & Reviews

  1. Daniel S.'s rating of the film Watch Me When I Kill

***1/2. Antonio Bido's first film is worthy to stay in your library. It's a giallo without detectives, without sex. and without too many holes in the screenplay. The musical score is also absolutely gorgeous. Recommended.

  2. Joshua's rating of the film Watch Me When I Kill

Watching this after wondering what it was about for 8 years, I know it could have been worse. Some of the murders are cool, like the boiling stew, but Bido would improve on tone and dread in Bloodstained Shadow the following year. Most films should be watched in their original aspect ratio and in as accurate a presentation as it was meant to be seen, but here, a full frame VHS tape will do. It's that kind of giallo.
