Synopsis

S’il y a un film qui a convaincu tout le monde que Kiyoshi Kurosawa n’excellait pas seulement dans l’épouvante, c’est bien ce drame domestique qui s’aventure sur le terrain d’Ozu tout en le réinventant. Primé à Cannes, il mélange histoire de rédemption familiale, crainte dystopique et ironie.
