Our take

A biographical film charting one young woman’s personal revolution—an epic trek across the Australian desert—John Curran’s Tracks is a stirring, uplifting film on solitude and survival. Mostly a one-woman show, the film acts as a suitably great vehicle a top talent: the excellent Mia Wasikowska.
