YACHT TOONS

The softer, gentler and mellow side of animation from the early-mid 1970s to early-late 1990s; cartoon equivalent of yacht rock despite preceding & outlasting the musical genre itself or… the bridge between early Saturday Morning TV and the cable years.

Less of an animation movement and more of an animated mood; not a remix and/or revolution but a retrospective and reflection; don’t have to watch them on an actual yacht ;)
