Wim Wenders firma un film spirituale ed etereo in cui gli angeli si mescolano agli oppressi. Vincitore del premio alla miglior regia a Cannes (e con un cammeo improvvisato di Peter Falk, Il cielo sopra Berlino è una meditazione filosofica che trova un ordine divino nel caos quotidiano.
