Hungarian countess Marya Zaleska seeks the aid of psychiatrist Dr. Jeffrey Garth, hoping to free herself of a mysterious evil influence. She kidnaps Dr. Garth’s fiance Janet and takes her to Transylvania, leading to a battle between Dr. Garth and the Countess in an attempt by him to save Janet.
