Executive Assistant

Full Time, London
MUBI is a rapidly growing global streaming service curating the world’s best cinema. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in London. Working closely with our Chief Content Officer, you would be central to assisting the team by monitoring complex plans and schedules as well as being able to coordinate projects with the production, acquisition and programming teams.
Our Executive Assistant will report to the Chief Content Officer and be responsible for:

  • Managing complex calendars with attention to detail, including document preparation, attendees, logistics, and communications

  • Managing cost efficient global travels, including to festivals and markets

  • Preparing and coordinating the execution of documents (e.g., DocuSign, scanning)

  • Supporting team organization and office space management

  • Anticipating needs and providing high-level, tailored administrative support

  • Initiating purchase orders and completing expense reports


 
Our ideal candidate
 
The Executive Assistant needs to be diligent, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with a passion for organization and a basic understanding of the digital distribution landscape. Excellent time management, organizational, and analytical abilities are a must, with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a C-Level Assistant.  Excellent communication skills are essential in order to coordinate between our different offices, remote staff, and our numerous teams, as well as to match MUBI’s high-standard relationships with content providers.
 
You would also:
 
  • Be able to multitask and juggle simultaneous projects of various scales and urgency

  • Have impeccable attention to detail with a sense of ownership and initiative

  • Have the company’s prime interests at heart while understanding our partners’ needs and goals

  • Work under tight deadlines through multiple channels of communication

Salary: £20,000 – £24,000
