2016 - Not another year's worth of film by Steve Pulaski
It’s November 24, 2015 and I just finished my film and screen studies final and am too lazy and mentally exhausted to begin writing a review. With that, I’ve decided to create my fourth list in this "Year’s worth of film’ series. Still feels like a few days ago I created “2013 – A Year’s Worth of Film” as a way to let my followers know what I’m watching and keep myself same. It was going to be a one-time social experiment until I found out how simultaneously (in)sane this made me. I must adjust these schedules twice a day and over twenty-five times a week, adding films, subtracting films, and subsequently delaying films as well. This list… Read more

This list comes with the exact same rules and setup as the previous three lists (linked below for YOUR pleasure). Don’t be afraid to ask about a rating or leave a comment about anything below. I thank you again for checking out and following my list in advance.

NOTE: Short films do count towards the final total for each month/the year end total. I do this for a couple reasons. For one, I recognize short films as professional productions that deserve to be reviewed. Secondly, by not counting short films for the final monthly/yearly total, you’re almost effectively writing off their existence and that you even bothered to watch them. On that basis alone, they should stand their ground and serve as something you watched during said month/year. Finally, there are a barrage of shorts/short film directors that I am personally exploring, so don’t think of the shorts as filler by any means. I’ve been perusing through the short filmography of Laurel and Hardy for nearly a year, I watch the Oscar-nominated Live Action/Animated short films each year, and am currently watching most of the short films by Richard Kern. They’re for personal exploration, and benefit me as a film critic, and therefore, they will be counted.

NOTE II: The month of February will feature almost entirely user-requested movies/reviews for the first annual “Steve Pulaski Sees It” event.
