The fifties are the great decade in the history of film and to me it must have to do with being right in the center of history thus far: old masters not yet run out, new ones just gaining steam. Any other ideas or disagreement that the fifties had it all, much welcomed.
I’ll do a bunch of years from this decade, but 1955 had the most favorite films.
