These are films that have changed my perception of cinema — reminders that there are often unused dimensions in the medium and so much more potential than is ever fully realized. A pivotal moment for me and film was around the two-thirds point of Celine and Julie Go Boating when I almost instantaneously went from total confusion to newfound understanding.
