Film Noir Top 25

This is my list of Top 25 film noirs. I consider these films to be pure noirs, as opposed to films like The Night of the Hunter and Kansas City Confidential, which I consider to be quasi-noirs. I will make changes to this list over time and document the changes here. I also have a list for quasi-noirs.
