HANEKE, ranked.

I’ve been watching Haneke’s films in order. My goal is to see them all by the time I see The White Ribbon in theatres on the 30th. It looks like I will meet that goal! Here is my ranking of his films so far.

EDIT: I did it! I’m so excited for The White Ribbon!!!!

NOTE: Funny Games U.S. is not bad at all. The original is too good for this movie (which is almost exactly the same) to be bad. Still I rank it last because it is unnecessary for me. Maybe its important for the “stupid American” who won’t watch subtitled films, but for me the film is a waste. I will never watch it again, which is...
