Johnnie To - Ranked

A senseless task, since my favorite To is almost always “the last I saw”. In all of cinema (that I know of) there hasn’t been a director with such an intuitive cinematic language. Which is probably why he can do no wrong.
Note: I’ve included his early efforts as a producer “The Odd one Dies”, “Expect the Unexpected” and “The Longest Nite”, since they are technically also his films because he basically oversaw every aspect of their making. And he even helped the director he assigned to those films when he realized that he couldn’t really handle To’s vision.
