Journalists in Film

As a journalism student at King’s College, I love watching how journalism is portrayed in films and television. For the record, I’d have to say the 5th season of The Wire comes the closest in accuracy to a real newsroom.

1. All The President’s Men: One of my all-time favourite films. A terrific adaptation of a great book, even though I don’t exactly jive with Wormwood’s style.
2. State of Play: This one kind of crept up on me. The film is an adaptation of a positively BRILLIANT BBC miniseries that you should all go check out. Right now.
3. Spider-Man: Ok, ok, I know this looks silly. But...
