Memories of Murder - missing
Very disappointing. But some classics here. Korean cinema is so undervalued.
Hmm, Poetry, more people should see this.
Thank you, I love Korean Cinema, this should come in handy
this list is great. you're faaar better than me.
ooh by the way, i'm a korean. haha
anyway i became a fan of your list. thank you so much.
It should probably be clarified that the above listed isn't really ranked. It is true I love bin-jip and hence why its somewhere in the top half, but yea....not a ranked list at all.
Definetly an interesting list, though for me it's the works ot Park chan-wook, followed by everything else. Though, granted, I haven't seen all of these. One thing I disagree with on, 3-iron. Love the movie, just not as much as you do apparently. Cool list, I disagree with it, maybe that's why I like it so much...
Updated! Thanks for the suggests!
Hey, an excellent list. I was thinking of compiling a Korean list, but you've already done a great job. may I suggest Shin Sang-ok's "Flower in Hell", Jang Sun-woo's "Road to the Racetrack", Lee Won-se's "A Ball Shot by a Midget", Park Kwang-su's "Single Spark", Kim So Yong's "Treeless Mountain", and Jeon Soo-il's "With the Girl of Black Soil"?
Breathless AKA Ddongpari!
My Sassy Girl is definitely up there. Love it or hate it, I can't really ignore its popularity and/or significance.
On a more light-hearted note:
My Sassy Girl
I'm a huge fan of both Kim Ki-duk and Park Chan-wook, definitely some titles on here I'm going to explore.
no problemo! definitely somewhat inspired by your rather ambitious undertakings for Taiwan/China/HK.
