My Favorite Short Films

This is a list of my favorite short films which also includes segments of lost feature films but does not include music videos. Also, a short film is considered to be a short film depending on the time period in which it is made. For example, a 1 hour Naruse movie from the 20’s or 30’s will still be considered a feature but a film in the 90’s of the same length can be considered to be a short film in this case. Even then, there are exceptions that I consider feature films even though they are 1 hour in length and are made long after that was the average length of features. This is a list of my favorite short films which also includes segments of lost feature films but does not include music videos. The films are in ranked in order of my favorite (01) to least favorite; however that does not mean I dislike my least favorite, there are short films that I’ve seen that aren’t on this list that wouldn’t make it to my favorites list. I don’t know how long this list will be since I will be adding all of my favorites as I watch more films.
