Top Ten Films of 2009

Although some of my picks for 2009 had their premieres at various nationwide film festivals in 2008 and were generally produced within that year, they did not receive at the very least a limited theatrical run in Denver, CO until February 2009. Which, by my standards and geographical dictation, qualifies them for 2009’s round of picks. Oh, and I also only select narrative films.
