Top Ten Quasi-Noirs

I consider these semi-noirs due to the fact that they contain enough elements of noir to be categorized as partial noirs, but not enough elements nor in a prevalent enough manner to count as pure noirs. I also believe that a quasi-noir should predate the neo-noir movement (often color and chronologically far removed from the shadows and paranoia of the post-WWII period), highlighted by Chinatown, Point Blank and others from the color era.
