Unofficial "Bad lieutenant" series

After watching Herzog’s “Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans”, I felt it could make a fascinating series of films with so called “bad lieutenants” and their activities in different cities all over the globe. Then I realized that many of these films already exist, hence my unofficial list of the “Bad Lieutenant” series.
