The films that make you realize you’re essentially a mind in a box are generally my favorite. Dealing with the internal struggles of the characters in relation to the external ones that seem frivolous yet mysterious at the same time, these films capture what it really FEELS like to be a human being.

They also generally have a really sweet ass score and narration as well.
