"'Shuroo' [שורו, Savi Gabizon/שבי גביזון’s 1990 film, which Raviv coproduced/cowrote] does not deal with the medium. Our [Raviv’s and Orna Raviv/ארנה רביב’s] film [1996’s 'Dogs Are Colourblind'/כלבים לא נובחים בירוק] is about cinema. We have decided on unrealistic characters, on characters that have a presence, on characters that put on a show. The two films are tremendously different with regards to how they view cinema."
