Our take

Before Good Manners, Brazilian filmmakers Marco Dutra & Juliana Rojas collaborated on its highly allegorical and atmospheric horror predecessor Hard Labor, likewise exploring class conflict and offering rich sociological subtext within a genre film framework. A provocative contemporary thriller.
