Paul, a press agent for the Bijou Theatre, loses no opportunity to inform the public of the attractions at his house. He mounts his placards everywhere, his favorite place being the back of an unsuspecting passer-by. But his overzealousness brings grief, to the public, the theatre and lastly to him.
