Writer/Director Brian Helgaland tells this story of a New Bedford, Massachusetts based set of brothers (Ben Foster & Toby Wallace) who were raised separately, their father (Tommy Lee Jones), and a young woman (Jenna Ortega), who are mixed up with a Boston crime syndicate.
