a new sam rami film, a horro film, sounds intriging though my hopes are not high. I am most looking foward to Haneke’s new film and von Trier’s Inglorious Bastards looks pretty awful. will be intersting to see waht Gasper Noe does as well.
Von Trier’s Inglorious Bastards does indeed look pretty awful. Tarantino’s Inglourious Basterds, meanwhile, looks pretty interesting.
Thirst and Antichrist look remarkable.
That official poster looks remarkable!
what tha hell is Gaspar Noe’s name listed there?? …that’s just sick. Sorry Had to make that bad joke (not so much) Resnais, Haneke and Tsai-Ming Liang seem to be the front runners and i’m intrigued by To’s and Von Trier’s.
There’s a lot of good things in Cannes this year
What movie is that picture taken from?
efe
L’avventura
Gaspar Noe has high chances of getting an important award this year. Hope he does as he is a remarkable film-maker.
Best of luck to Raya Martin and Brilliante Mendoza
Great line-up! Will be rooting for “kinatay” in competition by dir. Brillante Mendoza, go Philippines!
Too bad I won’t be there. It’s a strong line-up this year.
wish i could go
rafa
i want to see Alejandro Amenabar´s “AGORA” right now!.
I’m looking forward to seeing the Campion film about John Keats, a favourite poet of mine and good guy, and his love of Fanny. Why the inglourious spelling? I hope Suleiman’s magnificent, his Divine Intervention was promising. And ever since the great Maborosi, i’m interested in whether Kore-eda can come close again. special screening: Cissé is someone i’ve not heard much of in recent years.
