Em 1949, Fritz Lang foi exilado no “corredor da pobreza”. Embora com um orçamento pequeno e sem estrelas, o mestre do noir usou a liberdade criativa para criar um dos thrillers mais sinistros e lynchianos de sua carreira. Há muito enterrado, foi revivido com uma chance de receber o devido valor.
