Our take

With a superabundance of assorted animation styles, bawdy humor and extreme violence, Mind Game is a dizzying ride for adults only. That the filmmaker guest directed Adventure Time comes as no surprise: this frenetic cult classic similarly hurtles toward questions of epic, metaphysical proportions.
