The imagery of all three of these films are going to stick with me for a long time, especially "Box". Miike is usually hit or miss with me, but "Box" made me respect him even more as a director. I've never seen him approach the horror genre with such subtle artistry. This was also my introduction to Fruit Chan, and I'm looking forward to seeing more from him. And of course, Park Chan-Wook never, ever disappoints me.
One great short, and two good ones. Miike's "Box" may be some of his best work and is surreal, dreamy, and creepy. "Cut" is fun, and "Dumplings" shorter version is much more nastier and sillier than its longer counter part. I recommend seeing the full-length version, even if the shorter version delivers quite a shocking end.
i give this five stars for the last one
CUT is simply my type of what i want in horror realistic movie
with all the complex characters
i don't wanna any annoying weird music.
i hate the affectation
im fan of takashi mike but in this film, the only thing i liked is the cinematography
and the second one the only thing i liked is the actress and the last scene
