btw, why do people feel the need to list directors of popular or well known films? I saw a few mention Zabriskie Point. Who doesn’t know that is an Antonioni film at this point? seriously!! hehe

Can not believe the love that film gets on here. hahahah. I’d rather sit through Identification Of A Woman 3 times in a row before even contemplating watching Z.P

F**k imdb, i understand there must be some rules when it comes to release year, but imdb’s release year is wrong 50% of the time.

@JOKS
I find it very helpful when directors names are attached. Although I know what I know I do not know what I do not know. So when a title is listed that I do not know a directors name attached will give a better idea of what the film is. (Actually, when I first did this poll I left out the directors names but Three Sisters has two versions, both from 1970, so I specified the Olivier and then decided…what the hell. Face it, we’ve got nothing better to than type!) :-)

@Z. Bart

Ubuweb, Rotten Tomatoes, and AMG all list Variations as 1970 so I’m leaving it as is, the mighty IMDB is wrong I’m sure of it.

As for listing the directors the only film I felt I should have mentioned who directed it was Hospital because I was selecting the Wiseman film from 1970, not the Arthur Hiller film from 1971.
